Our Members are the lifeblood that keeps the Park moving forward!

Membership is available to everyone and directly supports the operation and continued development of the Horse Park!

Please note, in a change from the Park's earlier years, you do NOT need to purchase a Regular Membership in order to purchase a Season Pass. A Season Pass is also your membership for the year. Please purchase one or the other, not both.

2021 Membership Benefits & Rates:

Membership qualifies you for reduced rates for Park services for recreational use and non-organized events (i.e. riding on your own or cross country schooling at the Park with your trainer) but membership rates do not apply to organized events such as shows, camps or clinics. You may receive other special benefits like coupons from local businesses, special rides, invitations to exclusive events, etc.

Please note that we are still evaluating membership discounts for use of the new covered arena and your day use discounts currently cover outdoor arena and trail use only. As soon as we have made a decision on fees for covered arena use, we will post the information here. Please check back!

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP- 20% discount for day use and overnight reservations, (except for organized events such as shows, camps and clinics).

  • *Youth who are 17 at the time of membership purchase are covered on the youth or family regular membership or season pass through the end of the year, provided they sign their own liability release after turning 18.

More About Season PASS Membership

Save money with a Season PASS Membership!

Season PASS Membership is a great idea for individuals and families who frequent the Park for regular use of the trails and arenas as it includes FREE Day-use of outdoor arenas and trails from April 1st - October 31st, except for organized events (shows, camps, clinics) or during Maximum Capacity events.

Plus, you also get 20% savings on Stalls, RV Hookups, dry camping and cross country schooling except for organized events such as shows, camps or clinics. If purchasing a Season PASS Membership, you do NOT also need a Regular Membership; please choose one or the other. Your Membership is good for the year, but you will not be able to upgrade, without paying the full Season PASS rate, if you change your mind mid-year.

What you need to do:

1 – Purchase a Season PASS Membership (individual or family) for the Washington State Horse Park.

2 – Sign a Liability Release form for our office file. If you purchase online, you (and any other individuals listed on your pass) will complete the Liability Release form online. If you download the form, the Liability Release may be completed either online, or by signing the release on the downloaded form.

3 - After we receive valid Liability Releases for every individual listed on your PASS, we will issue your Season Pass. (Due to COVID-19, your season pass will be mailed to you.) No pass will be issued until we have a correctly filled-out and signed release for every individual listed on your PASS membership.

4 - Log into our online store to schedule your visit and pay any fees. (Please do this even if you are only registering for your FREE day use. Registering your day use each visit helps us track our total Park use so we can better plan for the future.)

5 – Clearly display the pass on your rear-view mirror whenever you visit the Park for the day, and have Photo ID available if requested. (Failure to display your pass will require payment of day use fee.)

6 – Tack up and go have fun!

Please note that only day use fees for arenas/trails are completely free with the Season PASS – you will still need to register and pay the discounted member rate to use stalls and RV, or dry camping. The Season Pass rates are not valid for organized events such as clinics, camps and shows. You will need to pay the full amount of the fees for organized events.

The Small Print

  • WSHP is a charitable non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization (TIN 33-1197391).
  • You can double your donation to the Park through your company’s Matching Gift Program.
  • Annual memberships begin January 1st and ends December 31st of the current year (regardless of date of purchase).
  • Please allow 3 weeks to process your membership and benefits.
  • You must have a valid liability waiver on file to ride at the Park. Your membership or pass is not valid until we have your valid waiver.
  • WSHP does not share membership information with third parties.
  • Membership dues and benefits are subject to change. For 2021, this expressly includes potential changes regarding our new covered arena.
